Members with whom you are connected can see your mail address.

Since LinkedIn is a rather serious professional network, the question is, however, why someone there wants to create an account with incorrect information. Especially since it violates the conditions:

“The services are not intended for use by minors under the age of 16.
If you want to use the Services, you must confirm the following: 1. ‘minimum age’ (as explained below), 2. You only maintain an account on LinkedIn that you created with your real nameand 3. They were not already excluded from the use of the services by LinkedIn. Creating an account, stating incorrect information, constitutes a breach of our terms and conditions; This also includes accounts opened on behalf of others or for persons under 16 years of age.”

Also, shortcuts make extremely little sense at LinkedIn. Apart from that, are not a necessary real name.

Hello, I also have a problem with LinkedIn. I had deleted several jobs in recent years and my profile again and again when I was unemployed in the meantime. Why should you specify…As soon I will have a good job, I wanted to re-register the profile. But now, LinkedIn considers me a fraud account and has requested an ID document. I don’t know how long it takes to accept this? I uploaded my German driver’s license. No reaction yet. What can you do? Thank you.
