I know a surgeon privately and I sometimes have back pain. Then he showed me exercises from Liebscher and Bracht, which always help me.

As soon as I get pain elsewhere, I look at videos from the two and in the meantime also have books and fascia roles at home. I am firmly convinced that above all the fascia roles help me well.

You also have to do the exercises more often, immediate healing is unfortunately very unlikely. The videos have often helped me out, so have one or the other trick in the back of my head, which always helps me reliably.

So just follow the name. I’m not the hero who does his exercises every day. However, there will also be only slow improvements.

The guy has stopped his mechanical engineering studies and no medical training.
