I make myself almost all the dishes where I need sauce a stick of yogurt or quark, which I then refine with spices.

If this isn’t there, I find chili sauce or Tzatziki really delicious.

My favorite sauce or rather favorite dip is a self-made yogurt dip with garlic.

Stir yoghurt, sour cream (square?), salt, pepper, fresh garlic & possible fresh cut liquor and finished.

Fits too many dishes and snacks. 🥰

My favorite sauce is a curry sauce in which some cream is added, it fits chicken chips, or even rice.

Soßen are so versatile. Even made is always better whether Pesto or stop the sauces. Bratenjus can all taste differently. My favorite sauce is that of the pork roast.

There comes salt, pepper, sugar, herbs. How this is done I could explain to you. The vegetable broth is a beginning, but make yourself. Almost nothing is thrown away in a good kitchen.

Peppers, garlic and tomatoes.

First, the vegetables are baked in the oven with a little oil and salt. Then you pack it in the mixer with a little water and season it. Season with pepper and voilá

Hmm… Mustard sauce and honey mustard, Thai Sweet Chili sauce, Hollandaise… can always take. Table legs also taste very tasty with them.

I’m still experimenting “The perfect sauce” to get. I tried a recipe from the internet once. Cola, ketchup and currywurst spice from anchor herb, I was honestly not so enthusiastic. I’m open to new ones if you have tips for me. :

Dark chocolate makes it spectacular…..some honey and you have the perfect curry sauce, but take normal ketchup…. with rarz beer you dilute the ketchup

With the Cola you’re on the right track. Try it with orange juice, then it gets more fruity. a little chilli and a little garlic
