I've had a stomach ache, headache, dizziness, itching, a runny nose and the urge to vomit since this morning, but my parents said I should go to school anyway, so I went. I threw up several times after school today and almost fainted, but my parents say I should go to school tomorrow anyway.

Ein kotzendes Kind sollte nicht zur Schule gehen. Mit Schwindelgefühl schon zehnmal nicht. Wer weiß, was du hast. Du könntest andere Schüler angesteckt haben. Deine Eltern sind mir ja welche.
Wenn sich der Zustand nicht verbessert, müsstet ihr wohl mal zum Arzt und herausfinden, was das sein könnte. Muss ja seinen Grund haben, weshalb es dir so mies geht.
