Lieber wasser trinken?
Habt ihr Tipps wie mir das wasser trinken leichter fällt?
Ich bin ehrlich, ich trinke nicht sooo gerne wasser da es einfach nach nichts schmeckt. Ich möchte mich jetzt zwingen Wasser zu trinken.
Habt ihr Tipps wie es mir leichter fällt?
(Ich trinke jeden Morgen meinen Tee)
Habe auch letztes Jahr eine lange Zeit Wasser mit Zitrone getrunken.
Water with lemon is as you say very helpful. I sometimes make mint of water and lemons in a carafe and let them stand short. The light mint and lemon note is mega refreshing.
Why don’t you try different types of tea, maybe you’ll find what you like. You can drink tea warm and cold.
I love tea and drink my tea every morning 🙂
Simply be strong and scratch water, it becomes easier as soon as you drink nothing else, you get used to it and if you are really thirsty, water is very liberating 🙂

Drinking water naturally feels good when the body also has a desire for it. It can’t be normal to have to force yourself up. Something’s wrong.
There’s no real problem with water just tasting for water. Vegetables that are not made of organic farming also taste almost only for water, and you eat that too.
Unfiltered tap water can feel uncomfortable, because it is not a natural source, but is automatically brought up from the depth. Then the waterwork often makes a lot of things that don’t have to be released so that it becomes drinking water. But high-quality home filter devices can make it a water that has a similar quality and taste as clear spring water from the mountains.
I often mix water with iced tea or, for example, cranberry juice when I drink too little in summer.
But there are also waterdrops that give the water just taste. (If you’re talking about sugar)
airup didn’t work on me
I’ve been thinking about getting an airup two years ago. But I wasn’t sure.
I can fully understand your problems and have already tried AirUp. It wasn’t really successful.
At home I mainly drink mineral water with lemon (it also mixes it) and on the go I now use Waterdrop.
In sports or in the sauna, however, normal water without taste is not a problem.
Trying to exhale water until you get bad with time you can drink more and more at once I can drink it so 7 liters of water a day

Waiting with drinking until you get thirsty makes drinking easier.
