I find both very bad. No one wants to experience this crazy movie and series voluntarily.
The last really good movie was shot about 15 years ago. And the last really good series was dropped 20 years ago.

Personally, I’m split.
Netflix has always had good own productions and has always been a pioneer in the past (even if Prime is now heavily subtracted). However, Prime is better if you want to see well-known films/blockbusters, as there are many well-known movies in Prime.
Netlfix definitely has the best range of series.
