TikTok doesn’t need a human. youtube shorts, facebook shorts etc goes the same way and Snapchat/Instagram etc. also work well.
Blocking comments without any reason or because of a pettyness is tricky in front of everything if this is a platform of China. It’s just a censorship platform and there’s nothing to respect, so everyone is also for removing such a platform from any country.
