Letter delivered as priority but not there?

I notified them that my large letter was delivered as a priority. But there's nothing in the mailbox, and today is a holiday in our area, so everything is closed. How can that be? I'm starting to lose all trust in the postal service. I just had problems with registered mail.

Prio letters get the status “adjusted” already in the target letter center. The physical delivery can only take place 1-3 days later and is not documented by the delivery agent.

Prio letters are currently deemed to be assigned when they are scanned in the target letter center. Wait for 1-2 days, then you have him in the mailbox.

Who did you notify? Your question is not well formulated.

If you’re a holiday, no mail will be sent to you. If Prio has a different rule, you should ask tomorrow.
