Letter announcements job center?
My brother and I use the Post/DHL app to notify us of mail. He recently had a letter from the Jobcenter in his mailbox, but the app didn't display anything. Is this normal for Jobcenter Post?

As I have already written in a comment ..
the post only makes of their own letters etc. Images .. but if now the jobcenter instructs another post assigne to deliver the letters, the post APP does not know anything..
The monopoly of the Deutsche Post was dissolved. Today, private companies are allowed to send letters. In Germany, there are several hundred private postal service providers, which like the Deutsche Post bring the letters from A to B. Most private postal services are not restricted to a regional area, but there are also exceptions to regional ..
There can be various reasons why a letter does not appear in the letter announcement. because the letter was sent by another mailing service, the letter was sorted by hand or there was an error in the transmission of the sorting machine. Such an error is more likely if the letter was only processed in a letter center, which is often the case for letters from the same or adjacent places.
I'd have an announcement for every letter.
the job center usually does not send an enrollment to its customers.
The Post /DHL app makes pictures and sends them as a briefing ..that has nothing to do with the jobcenter .. and the post also only makes of "her " letters etc. Images ..which are delivered by the post
I don't think the "app" is different between different mail and tap a technical error.
You must contact the customer service of Deutsche Post AG with your question.
that depends on which company transports the letters..the mail can only announce its own letters etc. .
I think that the FS would have written if the letter to which it relates had not been promoted by Deutsche Post AG.
Otherwise the question wouldn't make any sense 🙂
You don't necessarily look at the letter..Maybe at the post stamp , but that doesn't necessarily have to be so .. have received letters without postmark but with stamp .
