A normal inkjet is enough for private users. Best as Eco Tank printer. There are no ink cartridges coming in, but there are fixed ink tanks where the ink is filled with bottles. While Eco Tank printers cost more in the purchase, the ink is mockable and saves up to 90% ink costs compared to ink cartridges. The cheaper the printer, the more expensive the ink.

To design and print the flyers and bookmarks, I can recommend Scribus. This is free software that allows you to create all kinds of printed matter. There are numerous templates and paper formats. Clear flyers can be made into a copyshop, as there are special add-on parts for the copiers that allow this. Bookmark as well. There are no special copiers for this.
