Learn?

Hello, I'm having a hard time learning. Do you have any tips?

I think the problem is that nothing fits in my head. Why is that?

What can I do? Should I get it checked out?

I would be very happy to receive an answer.

Best regards

Every person has a long-term memory and a short-term memory. If you want to keep a little longer, you need to save what you want to keep longer in your long-term memory. Brain researchers have found out if I want to keep one thing longer, I have to deal with it for at least 16 seconds, then it is in the long-term memory. One example: You want to keep a lesson “The sum of the angles in a triangle is 180°” longer. Then you say this lesson for 16 seconds. After that, you read another lesson, as well as the first lesson : “In a right-angled triangle, the sum of the Katheten squares is equal to the hypotenus square.” You say that for 16 seconds. Then you say, How was the first lesson? And will experience that you have learned this teaching. These were just examples, you’re doing this with your tasks now. Make a watch visible with a second pointer.

“Reinpassed” is the wrong word. You think your brain is a container to be filled. It’s not that. The brain is a fire that wants to be ignited.

So find something exciting on every topic: a quiz, a classification task, a game evening with friends or with the family, a video series… Creativity is not limited.

Do you know your type of learning?

Your type of learning is the way you learn.
There are different types:

an auditory learning type, a visual learning type, a motor or haptic learning type and a communicative learning type.

That would be recommended. A professional could easily find out.
