Lenovo laptop won't turn on or charge?

Hello,

My Lenovo laptop is only a month or two old. Strangely, it won't start or charge anymore, even though the battery should be fully charged. Regardless of whether the power adapter is plugged in or not, it won't turn on. I've already performed a reset (Fn+S+V), and support is unavailable.
The strange thing is that it always works perfectly at home, but recently, these problems started occurring at school. It can't be the power outlet, since it works for everyone else. I can't explain it and urgently need an answer :')
