Leichter nerviger Schmerz IM Zahn. Was könnte das sein?
Mir ist vor Jahren mal ein Zahn abgebrochen. Diesen hat der Zahnarzt repariert. Seitdem tut der Zahn immer mal wieder leicht weh. Das ist wirklich schon locker ein Jahr so. Meistens abends. Von außen ist nichts zu sehen. Der Schmerz ist auszuhalten aber nervt. Es ist wie ein leichter Druck. Ich habe weder einen Sichtbaren Abszess, noch eine dicke backe. Ich denke mir… es müsste doch irgendwann mal aufhören (nerv tot?) oder eben schlimmer werden. Aber da ich Angst habe und der Schmerz noch akzeptabel ist, ging ich nicht zum Zahnarzt. Ich hab bisschen Angst was mit diesem Zahn sein könnte… hatte jemand schon mal so einen Verlauf?
Es handelt sich um einen Backenzahn. Morgen habe ich einen Termin beim Zahnarzt aber ich wäre gern zumindest vorbereitet.

I suspect it has formed caries at the edges of the repaired place. Maybe even under the filling/glued piece that can actually occur. That the tooth is dead I don’t think the pain would be there not only in the evening, but constant. Maybe there’s gotta be some caries out there. You’ll see it in the treatment. And don’t be afraid to cause damage to your teeth, rather than getting worse. I’m afraid that’ll be fast. You shouldn’t have waited a year. Good improvement
I was just there. He chased electricity through the tooth I had noticed and then made a X-ray image. He just said there was a little hole. But somehow, I don’t think that such a small hole makes me so much pain every day, and that has been a long time. But if the tooth is vital and he has not seen anything in the picture in the tooth… what should it be :(have now been given a wide date. Expect

Sure. A small hole, caries, as I said. And yet, such a tiny place with caries can cause such a pain, even longer. But the damage is easy to fix. You’re good. And soon you won’t wait if you notice something on your teeth. When it gets bad, you can’t stop the pain.
