Just buy food from which you know they taste you, but don’t let you become.

At the moment, all types of cabbage are on the market, so you can eat without a bad conscience.

I took three kilos last week with different types of cabbage and a pumpkin.

When you lose weight, it’s important that you don’t want anything, because otherwise it will make you lose little fun and you fall into old patterns. make sure you eat less from the unhealthy foods. eat at your main meal vegetables, carbohydrates and proteins. a balanced diet is the key.

I’d start with 16-8. so put a period by eating 8h and eating 16h nothing. zb of 10-18. This will make your skinny smaller and you’re getting tired faster.

be aware that what you have increased in the last few years is not sustainable in 1-2 months. efficiently decreases unfortunately. expect in the internet what your calorie needs are, and try to keep this constant around 200-400 kcal every day. if you don’t make it a day it’s not bad, but that shouldn’t happen too often
