Lehrer ohne Lehramtstudium?
There are always two sides of the medal.
In principle, a pedagogical study, especially for younger pupils, is not wrong.
But if I often look at how today’s teachers act in schools, I can only shake my head.
Perhaps it should become a duty for each teacher to do a lesson before the start of the study.
I myself have been a technical instructor (dozent) for more than 20 years in continuing education without teaching and have more often had to shake my head when my junior came from school.
At least one shot. HS maturity would be better: https://www.suedkurier.de/ueberregional/rundblick/studies-can-man-mit-fachabitur- Lehramt-studieren-21-09-2023;art1373253,11725090

As far as I know, cross-enterers are mainly used in vocational training. There may be a little professional experience outside the school business. And here too, a completed academic university degree is a prerequisite for access.
I am a trained teacher, but is too stressful the profession
…at the professional choice….
It does not mean that there is no need for a study at all.
These are all experts in their field – because they have studied the subject in themselves.
The only thing they lack is the technical didactics. They usually get the cross-entry in the crash course.
I know. However, it is nevertheless important that in a primary school class ( 2nd class) a cross-release should be taught German, which itself has difficulties with the language zb.
You have exactly what documents for that?
Well, as you mean, she was at home and told me. Sorry. But it’s guaranteed to do something more than telling things that don’t vote. But it’s good. Let’s be good.
Btw, I didn’t say in general that I don’t think it’s good that cross-enterers can teach. But as I said, let’s be good!
So this is the friend’s report. So rather “trust me bro.” As long as you don’t have any better evidence, it’s no more anecdotal evidence.
My friend is a mother of a daughter who goes to that class.
I am not concerned here with the fact that people who have studied something different may be teachers. And I didn’t say that no study is needed at all.
But if a teacher has problems with the articles and also with the words, already in a 2nd class, I don’t know if that makes sense.
Cross-comers must also bring certain conditions. Personally, I think it’s good that there’s a teacher there at all, rather than that the lessons fail. Beginners may also often bring a completely different dynamic into teaching, which can be valuable for the students.
Hello Lilawolke, I would very much like to know what qualification the teacher has taught at the primary school without teaching. Has she studied pedagogy? Is she an educator perhaps?
This can be useful for primary school teachers, but then it becomes difficult. But I believe that we will soon have no shortage of personnel, as fewer and fewer children are born. So we don’t need teachers anymore.
Do you think that in 5-7 years it wouldn’t be possible to work assholes at primary school?
