Teacher breached duty of supervision?

On Friday, on the way to school, I had an accident with my motorcycle right in front of the school. A woman hit me and wanted to drive away too, but a man helped me with everything and told her to stay there. The teacher knew I'd had an accident and that I was okay because I saw a classmate on the way and told her to tell her I'd be late because I'd had an accident. I was hoping the teacher would come out because I didn't know what was going on. But she didn't come out and then when I got to the classroom she asked if everything was okay, nothing more. Did she breach her duty of supervision or not? I know the teacher doesn't like me, but if you hear that a student has had an accident, you at least go out for a quick two minutes and check that everything is okay, or send a friend of mine out quickly. Or am I wrong? If that matters, I'm 16.

Did she now violate her supervisory duty or not?

No. You weren’t in her jurisdiction, so she doesn’t have a supervisory duty for you either. Or does she accompany you from home to school?

and she told her to tell her that I’m late because I had no accident.

Then the info that the GENAU was in front of the schoolyard was probably lost on the way.

for outside the school grounds, the woman has no supervisory duty. She also had the ones for the students of her lesson. It would therefore violate the supervisory obligation if it were to leave the classroom.

Wiso should your teacher do that??? It’s a road accident outside school!

You learned what to do in an accident at your ticket!!!

If you don’t know, you should do the driving license again.

Clear up with the police and the fighter. But don’t drag innocent third parties like your teacher into it!

If there were any doubts, the rescue service could have called.

As you said, both have a driver’s license and have been a trained and tested person. The school is not responsible for this!

No! There is no supervisory obligation on school. And because you said to a pupil that you’re doing well, there was no reason for them to neglect their duty to supervise the CLASS.

Why would she have violated her supervision if you have an accident on your way to school?

Yes, I read your text. But where should the argument be in relation to supervisory breach?

No, she didn’t.

What does all this have to do with supervision?

The pupil knew about the incident and that it’s so good for you that you still seem late for teaching.

So she was in the picture and knew it wasn’t tragic anymore
