Legal HTML Code von einer Website kopieren?

Hallo,

LG

As long as it’s your content, it’s easily possible.

In the design, however, it could be that this is protected under certain conditions.

Hi,

for the designs only have usage rights on Jimdo. So you can’t copy the design without permission. If the source text reaches a certain height of creation, you must not copy it.

Try to create a similarly graceful design, but the 1zu1 copying can become problematic.

HTML source code is also subject to copyright if it has a certain height of creation and does not correspond to the simplest standard structures.

If the site is not public, the i.d.R. is not necessarily relevant.

In “Baukästen” and “Frameworks”, the copyright is practically always somewhere in the side head. It should also be possible to find out under what circumstances the source text may be used otherwise.
