Leg recovery time?

Hi everyone, I'm currently training for a stress ECG and I'm on the ergometer every day. My load level is 300 watts. I try to simulate this every day, but the problem is, if I can do it for 12 minutes, I won't be able to do it for the next two days. So, to be specific, I feel like I have to stop at the second-to-last level for the next two days because my legs are giving out.

Is it because my legs haven't been able to recover properly, or maybe I've eaten the wrong thing? Should I perhaps use the ergometer every two days?

I'm not really familiar with the topic and hope for helpful answers 🙂

Regeneration is paused.

Yes, after constitution, optimal regeneration takes a break from 48 to 72 hours.

Hello,

Depending on your overall training intensity, you need regeneration time. How long you have to regenerate can no one tell you that depends on many factors we don't know.

Whether you have sufficient food, no one knows or I have accidentally read your "feeding"?

You need to train "force" & endurance, above-drauf is regeneration very important! then becomes from the 3rd package "Permanent Power", that is what you want to achieve.

If you drive why and then bounce 300 watts for 12 minutes, then you train "force", you then lack "sustainable training" to convert your trained force into stamina.

Do you also do “sustainable training”? So… do you regularly drive 2-3 hours with moderate intensity?

It depends on your age and your general condition. Two days are for me, 67, not necessarily long. If you are younger but are comparatively untrained, that might look similar.
