Und bevor mich jetzt Leute angehen mit “Ja, da kannst du gleich ein T-Shirt anziehen” oder “Fahr gleich ohne Kleidung”, spart euch solche Kommentare.
Es ist nur eine Frage und würde nach einer billigeren Lederkombi suchen.

You can look at the typical brands of the big dealers. There, you could help with the budget for actions or run-out models. Bogotto (own brand of FC Moto) offers 200€ in Sales Lederkombis. So you could find something.
Of course, you have to make smears during processing, wearing comfort etc., but from safety these favorable leather combis are already better than many top class textile combis cost the four-digit.
Important to note when buying is the fit. Full protection is only given if the protectors are properly seated and do not slip. Therefore it is absolutely necessary to carry samples and, if possible, put on a motorcycle to see everything is well in typical driving position. Important when carrying the sample, do not let the first feel lead. The leather becomes a bit more “smooth” when it has body temperature and with time when wearing it, it also expands. But for €150-200? That’s really very little. 10 years ago, the discounters (Louis/Polo) had once combinations in the range of €200-300, which had already fulfilled their purpose.
