LED transformer defective?

Hello, I measured the resistance in ohms on the lamp with an AC/DC multimeter. It reads 1.6 MOhm. At what resistance value is the transformer defective? Unfortunately, the LED lamp doesn't light up. It says output 120 V and 24 W.

Fair the SPANNING on the lamp if it is to be switched on. If there’s nothing MESSBAR, the transformer is broken.

Ensure that the mains voltage is present at the input of the transformer, that the fuse may also have turned off or the switch may have a defect.

Hi.

Are you talking about a transformer or a power supply? Trafos often have an interchangeable fine fuse that you can check. The voltage is a little strange, you mean 12V? Then check if it is AV or DC, for transformer rather AC, for power supply def DC. Then I would probably measure the tension as the bulb.

Resistance in Ohm at the lamp

you should measure in both directions than LEDs represent diodes
