Leberfleck entfernen lassen?
Hallo Zusammen!
Ich habe einen Leberfleck auf der Lippe und der Hautarzt hat gesagt dass wir den entfernen können. Ich hasse diesen Leberfleck und habe Ja gesagt und jetzt habe ich den Termin. Ich habe meiner Freundin davon erzählt und sie hat gesagt da bleiben immer Narben und das ist nicht gut und schädlich. Jetzt habe ich totale Angst vor der OP. Aber ich kann den Termin ja nicht mehr absagen oder? Bin noch nicht 18. Meine Eltern müssten das dann machen.
Was kann ich tun damit ich nicht mehr so doll Angst habe?

First of all, do not work with it, but with something that makes you fun (e.g. meet with your friends or read books). Just don’t think about the surgery and when the worries come back in the evening, power yourself out in the day so that you can quickly sleep in the evening and don’t think about for a long time (it’s important that you take NO caffeine to you, as this “awakens up” again and sport has a very positive side effect: you stay mobile, fit and you’re generally less hurt, even more healthy!
