Many things you eat can be harmful. The question is whether it is a very small, somewhat more, or very harmful.

Sweets and Cola are not healthy either. Nevertheless, everyone eats or drinks it. White bread is less healthy than whole grain bread. But you don’t die if you eat white bread.

Compared to alcohol or cigarettes, liver is certainly not a problem several times a week.

The liver filters the harmful substances from the body and thus it is not healthy to eat often. Generally, you should not eat meat often. To the liver I would advise you at most twice a month (just to keep your body of pollutants as good as free)
