Food low in calories, high in satiety?
Which foods have few calories but are very filling?
Hi I am 13 years old and today: I ate 2 whole-grain rolls, 1 bell pepper, 1 pear, 2 chicken pieces with rice, and 2 high-protein yogurts. Is that okay, or too much or too little?
There was too much cheese on the pizza for me, so I ordered pizza rolls. They came with two sets of six. But they added one more. Was that very unhealthy? Should I have eaten pizza instead?

Generell haben vollwertige, also möglichst wenig verarbeitete, pflanzliche Lebensmittel relativ wenig Energie und sättigen trotzdem recht gut, da sie viele Ballaststoffe enthalten, die im Verdauungstrakt aufquellen und so das Volumen erhöhen. Außerdem sättigen proteinhaltige Lebensmittel oft besser.

Hunger ist der Ruf des Körpers nach Nährstoffen. Man kann den Magen zwar mit kalorienarmem Volumen füllen, aber das stillt nicht nicht oder nur kurzzeitig den Hunger, ergo es sättigt nicht oder nicht ausreichend, trotz eines vollen Magens.
