Hello

Embellish your CV a little?

If I’m a student in the newspaper company, I can just write into the resume, I was the head of it. I mean, we have formally agreed who the head of the AG is so no one can really check this. Can you do that or do it too far?

Everyone has to decide…

A demand and you sit outside…

What tasks have you taken over as head of Zeitungs AG?

A ladder that doesn’t lead is not a ladder…

Whoever lies, you don’t think. Even if he speaks the truth.

A lie can become the sharpest weapon against trust and destroy credibility for all times.

Now you could lead, you can do it with lies in the highest German offices. However, this is only possible if your employer prefers and promotes your lies.

I always prefer the truth…

If a CV is presented to me in which it is claimed that the line had been taken over by something, then I would always catch up.

Happy You… and stay healthy

Greeting, RayAnderson 😉

It’s enough to mention that you were a member of your student newspaper.

Let’s remind you of the old saying, “Love have short legs.” For what and for whoever you write this school career, if you are asked how your tasks differ from those of the other editorial staff, you will probably get into swimming quickly, get nervous and red and maybe start to stutter. This happens easily when you’re lying and feeling caught. If you then have to admit that you have only determined a so-called “leader” for the sake of the shape, but it does not have any other function than all other members, then it will just be embarrassing.

It’s a good plus if you’ve been there. So honestly write it in and leave the flunkie with the line!

If you write this and then ask what tasks you had in the lead role, how you approached it and what solutions you found for what problems – could you still tell it convincingly and spontaneously in a credible way? Or would you get into the hurling, too, because you know that that’s just fluffed?

And no, it’s not a relevant plus, whether you’ve been “only” there or you’ve had the lead. Well, that’s from an employer’s point of view. I am telling you, by the way, as an actual former student director and today’s staffer.

Then report more in writing about what you have actually done and learned in this AG and bring it into a connection with the desired internship!

Stay with the truth!

Please stay with the truth. If you’re not the leader, don’t write it in either. Also a member of the Zeitungs-AG is something that increases the chanches against other competitors. Because it is witnessed by creativity, team spirit and commitment.

So, in case of doubt, I would stay alone for your conscience with warness

I have already said that.

If you write “Guidance”, you have to expect your employer to ask because your leadership skills are interested in it. For example, what tasks you have actually taken over, what line understanding you have etc.

Do you think that this answer is good in the interview and convinces the employer to hire you?
