Are we living in a simulation?
Hello. I often have the feeling that we're living in a simulation. That is, that I live here alone. Is that true? And I'm very scared.

Sometimes you are disappointed by people you love. I think it's nice that in the end you see who is really there for you, who really supports you and who really helps you, but you just wish that would be the case for those you love. How do I deal with this disappointment now?
My girlfriend unfortunately died of a heroin overdose 10 days ago. I can't talk to anyone about it because no one takes me seriously. My last hope is this website. I'm considering just taking my own life. Please, someone help me; I can't take it anymore.
Are some people afraid to go to a psychotherapist or psychologist? If so, why?
Hello, I'm currently on a 6 in math and may have to repeat the year. However, I was diagnosed with almost 100% dyscalculia in 6th grade, and the school obviously knows about it. Why isn't this being taken into account?

Hey! The feeling that we could live in a simulation actually have many people and it is a really fascinating topic. But don’t worry you’re definitely not alone! 😊
The idea that our life may be just a simulation is a theory that is discussed by some scientists and philosophers.
But it is important to know that there is no evidence that we really live in a simulation.
It’s more like a thought game or a hypothesis.
Your fear is totally understandable, especially if you think about it. But try to remember that whether we live in a simulation or not your life and your experiences are real for you and for people around you.
It can also help to talk to friends or family about your fears. Sometimes you feel much better after that. And if you realize that these thoughts are very burdening you, it might be a good idea to talk to someone about it.
It’ll be okay! You are not alone in this crazy world (or simulation 😜). Take care of yourself!
Even if it were, it would be irrelevant. Because nothing about your world would change as you see your world. And you decide and not reality.
Well, I know I’m alive saying I’m not right, but now, of course, you can think that the simulation is thinking that.
So each of us know the answer you are.
It doesn’t matter because it doesn’t change anything about your life.
There’s no Morpheus to put two pills in your hand.
If you’re so burdened, you can find psychotherapeutic help. There is also dissociation – derealization in question. This is definitely in need of treatment because it is symptoms of trauma.
You can’t prove it. And even if yes, it does not affect our everyday life.
