Leasingfahrzeug mit falschem Sitzbezug?
Hallo zusammen.
Ich habe vor ca 4 Monaten ein Neuwagen bestellt. Dieser sollte Stoffsitze haben. Heute bekam ich die Info das mein Fahrzeug im Auothaus angekommen ist und ich mich freuen kann. Das Fahrzeug ist ein Facelift Modell und hat Kunstleder als Ausstattung. Meine Frau und ich wollen gar kein Leder, hauptsächlich wegen den Temperaturen im Auto, Sommer/Winter.
Was kann man da jetzt grundsätzlich machen? Ich werde es mir zwar anschauen aber so möchte ich das Auto eigentlich nicht.

In most cases, the manufacturer has small changes in the context of facelifts/model year changes. Question is now just whether the difference fabric and leather is already “bigger”…
It’s not a question for a lawyer.
Look at them. I’m sure it won’t be ugly.
You ordered them with fabric seats, you don’t have to take them with artificial leather.
Questions why not respect the wishes of the customer?
