Learn rhythm dictation?

I'm still having trouble recognizing dotted notes. Are there any exercises or tips on how to recognize them?

I always declare punctuations with the word "Amsterdam" because the language rhythm of this word corresponds exactly to a puncture.

Or….you as a child are probably also hopping from one foot to the other – this also corresponds to a puncture.

Whenever a "longer tone follows a very short", it is obvious that it is a puncture ….for this formulation I can certainly get beats, but from the practical point of view it comes to .
