Laut GLS kommt heute 9-12 mein Paket, aber es ist jetzt gleich 7 Uhr und noch nicht einmal im Paketzentrum und erst recht nicht in „Zustellung“?
Ich habe Mittwoch etwas bestellt, gestern wurde es versendet und laut GLS kommen die allermeisten Lieferungen innerhalb von 24 Stunden. In der Sendungsverfolgung stand auch direkt es kommt den nächsten Tag (heute) zwischen 9-12 Uhr. Allerdings haben sich die Symbole noch nicht geändert, laut denen ist weder das Paket aktuell in Zustellung, noch im Zielpaketzentrum. Wenn das der Fall ist, kommt es heute definitiv nicht. Aber besteht die Chance, dass das einfach noch nicht aktualisiert wurde ?

GLS is the fastest parcel service in Germany, apart from UPS. Almost all shipments are delivered in 24h. Unfortunately, this is not always possible without exception, just as the 1-2 days at DHL cannot always be observed.
A package from Hamburg to Berlin is not always delivered the next day. The “ignoring” the GLS system. GLS always expects delivery the next day, even if the season depends on about 5-20% of shipments 2 or 3 days. 1 day is not guaranteed. Delivery time windows are also only estimates based on the past at the time, so this time window is not accurate. (As with Hermes) Therefore, you can only rely on live delivery for time windows. Live delivery is available for almost all packagers from 8 a.m.
But I can assure you from my own experience with GLS, if it doesn’t happen today, it’s almost guaranteed tomorrow. I send hundreds of packages with GLS every month and booth 1.9. have this year 12 packages 3 days or longer bra.
I think there’s a word “predictable” somewhere
Otherwise – GLS only drive from 8:00… so there is still time enough to load the package into the delivery vehicle.
Right, that’s not a firm commitment. This can be possible, but the package has not even arrived in the package center (distribution). But maybe it will be updated later. I think I’ve had this before, and there was a package.
