Latency problems in Windows?
Since yesterday, I've been having general latency issues with input and output. When I run a mic test on Discord, it's slightly delayed, as is the guitar signal in Cakewalk. I've tried reinstalling and repairing the audio drivers, and separately enabling the Windows audio driver components, but nothing works. It's not my interface or anything like that; something is wrong with the audio processing. I'm on Windows 10.

Did you randomly select the stereo mix as a standard recording in the sound settings? He's got a little latency.
where exactly do I find this setting? Having changed this problem only yesterday and the days before that nothing is so unusual
