Does stress and grief make you look old?

Hey guys, this might be a stupid question, but I'll ask it anyway. My life has been very stressful for the past nine months, and I find myself crying a lot. My eyes are often puffy because of this, and I also often have dark circles and look pale because of the lack of sleep. Unfortunately, the stress probably won't go away anytime soon, and now I'm worried that my skin is aging and developing wrinkles more quickly. However, I'm no expert, and I wanted to ask if this stress could have long-term effects on my appearance…

Yeah, stress, mourning, crying, misfortunes get on man so that he can look sad, taken along and miserable.

In young years, this does not yet affect the skin, since sufficient collagen is still formed. There are no wrinkles yet.

You can give something back to your skin with a moisturizer.

Luckily these bad phases are going over again, I wish you.

Good for you,
