Buy a laser pointer with 50W (50,000mw)?

It says the maximum working temperature is 86°F. I mean, that's not a lot, 30°C. So, is this laser pointer capable of burning paper or cardboard? And with a maximum working temperature of 30°C… is the laser pointer allowed to burn more than 30°C, or is that its maximum temperature? You know, I just want to burn things (with care!!!)

At the price, I’d be too high a risk that the customs will pull it out of traffic. Because then eat away, the laser pointer.

The thing is not capable of transport in this country (and lack of CE marking probably throughout the EU).
Without CE, such products cannot be sold in the EU at all. It’s so easy.
