Laptop touchscreen problem?

I have a convertible laptop on which I write with a pen every day. The surface is a bit too smooth, which makes writing difficult, so I ordered a matte film that should fix that. The film fits perfectly, no bubbles, so everything's fine. Only occasionally does the computer make typing errors, as if the display were wet.
