My laptop has dropped a few times and crashes strangely for no reason, but things that used to work suddenly stop working. For example, I wanted to watch a Twitch stream, but there's no sound because apparently no audio device is connected. This has only just started happening; a few hours ago, it was working. The same is happening with the camera, which hasn't worked for months. I'm starting to suspect that it's deliberately breaking bit by bit to pressure me into buying a new one. The laptop is now four and a half years old. It's a Lenovo V14-IIL or something.
