Laptop hängt sich ständig auf, Virus?
Seit ein paar Tagen hängt mein Laptop sich plötzlich auf und ich kann ihn nicht einmal herunterfahren, muss dafür den Aus-Knopf verwenden. Außerdem kommt oft die Meldung „Benutzerprofil ist nicht verfügbar“. Nach einem Neustart funktioniert es zwar für eine Weile, aber es ist natürlich sehr lästig und ich habe Sorge, dass er immer mehr beschädigt wird und bald komplett Schrott ist. Hat vielleicht jemand einen Plan woran das liegt und wie ich das lösen kann, oder ist es sogar ein Virus?

Just because something on your device probably doesn’t work as it should, it’s not a malware yet.
What would it bring any hacker to infect your device just to shut it down all the time. Don’t make sense.
As I suspect, this thing is forever old, probably no one has been waited or upgraded. It’s clear that nothing will work at some point. If this is still worth the price, give it to a service shop that should clean the thing and play new software. Otherwise get away with it and buy new ones.

The question of whether it is a virus could be solved by a virus scan on the drive with your virus protection program (Defender?).
