Hello people, I have a laptop from Acer but the WLAN is displayed on it, why is that all the others are shown but mine is not

Hello, I've been playing Fortnite for a while now and suddenly, for the last 1-2 months, I've been getting pings constantly over 100. I live near the servers and have excellent internet. I've already done a test. My settings are also on performance mode. Help!
