Langzeitzyklus kann ich nun in Pause?

Ich bin im Langzeitzyklus seit 5 Monaten. Nun möchte ich in Pause gehen. Ich hatte mich am 31.7.2022 um kurz vor 21 Uhr übergeben. Die Pille nehme ich immer um 21 Uhr, an diesem Tag habe ich sie um kurz vor 22 Uhr genommen da ich Angst hatte mich nochmals zu übergeben und sie dann auszubrechen. An diesem Abend hatte ich vorher auch etwas Durchfall aber auch nur einmal. Jetzt würde ich halt gerne mal in Pause gehen aber bin mir nicht sicher da man ja 14 Tage die Pille richtig nehmen muss bevor man in Pause gehen kann. Nun ist meine Frage kann ich am Montag dann in Pause gehen da ich Sonntag dann 14 Tage die Pille genommen habe oder muss ich noch länger warten um den Schutz in der Pause und danach noch vollständig zu halten?

If you break within 4 hours, or really liquid diarrhoea it is necessary to take a pill in order not to lose protection (taking into account the recommended take-up time of the pill). It’s also in the package.
