Long-term drum kit (Tama Starclassic Performer)?

Hey, I'm looking for a drum set that will serve me well for the long term. I previously had a Tama Rockstar, but it's no longer sufficient for me. I mainly play rock and metal, but occasionally big band stuff. 🙂 I would describe myself as "high intermediate." The Tama Starclassic Performer immediately caught my eye. I want a set that can accompany me for the next few decades and that I can also play on stage. Does anyone have experience with the Starclassic Performer? Is it suitable for my needs?

Hi! Right at the beginning: I don’t know the set like this, I have been playing a SonorForce3007 since 2011, which is about in this price range. With TAMA, I have experiences in that I have a really very good HiHat machine from TAMA, which is much better for me than the one I had with the SONOR.

I am absolutely sure that you will hardly make a mistake with the set and you will have a long time of joy with it. This is not just a belly feeling, but I found a test report from BONEDO, which reads very well and reminds me of the description totally of my Sonor, which was at the time the best of the middle class of SONOR – and so I would also arrange the performer:

Tama Starclassic Performer 2021 Drum Test – Bonedo

Bonedo awards 4.5 out of 5 score points and has not called a contrast.

I know there’s no record of a performer player, but an opinion is not really bad at first.

Wish you “a good decision” and then much fun with the new set.

Gruss

A look at the finish of the boiler is worthwhile. Paint generally sounds better than this adhesive film tin, regardless of brand and model around worlds.
