Längere Auslandsreise ohne Wohnmeldeadresse?
Guten Abend liebe – Community,
ich würde gerne eine längere Reise durch Süd-Ost Asien machen. Ich bin noch nie wirklich verreist und das letzte mal im Ausland, war ich vor ca. 4 Jahren.
Um jedoch diverse notwendige Formalitäten für die Reise abschließen zu können (Personalausweis beantragen, Reisepassverlängerung, internat. Führerschein, neues Bankkonto eröffnen, Visanmeldung) brauche ich einen Personalausweis bzw. damit verbunden eine Wohnmeldeadresse.
Zurzeit wohne ich (nach langer Zeit) wieder bei meiner Mutter. Leider lehnte der Vermieter (ohne Begründung) meine Anfrage auf Anmeldung dieser Wohnung ab. Auch bei Bekannten und Freunden kann ich mich nicht anmelden.
Ich besitze derzeit keinen Personalausweis, dieser gilt als gestohlen und einen neuen kann ich ohne Adresse nicht wirklich sinnvoll beantragen, da mir beim Einwohnermeldeamt mitgeteilt worden ist, dass eine Visaanfrage ohne Angabe einer deutschen Wohnadresse leicht abgelehnt werden kann.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, arbeitssuchend und hatte vor mind. 5 Monate zu verreisen. Derzeit bin ich quasi ohne festen Wohnsitz beim Einwohnermeldeamt angemeldet.
Ich wäre euch sehr dankbar für hilfreiche Tipps oder Vorschläge für meine Situation. Gerne könnt ihr mir auch mitteilen, wie ihr das geregelt habt, falls jemand von euch auch schon monatelang ausgereist ist.
PS: Es geht lediglich um die Ausreise. Je nachdem wann ich wieder in Deutschland bin, werde ich wieder eine eigene Wohnung beziehen etc.

This is not very bad, but I wonder if the landlord will be notified by mail about my registration?
This one has already “rejected” and would certainly not be pleased with the registration, and I would like to avoid disputes between other parties because of my desire to travel.

The owner is NOT informed. But has a right to access. If he presents a legal interest, he may know who is all reported in his homes.

Your mother’s landlord has nothing to do with your residence registration. Your mother has rented the apartment, so is your home provider and as such also the person who has to issue the waning provider certificate required for the residence registration.
So you can just register your residence there.
You can also unsubscribe completely and are no longer registered in Germany.
