Lange Busfahrt, zweiter Tag on Period?
Hallöchen, ich hab in ein paar Tagen nh relativ lange Busfahrt vor mir (ca 12 Stunden; fahren Nacht durch). Ich werde laut Zykluskalender (der bei mir eig immer passt) genau am Tag davor meine Days bekommen, und giirls yk der zweite Tag ist immer der schlimmste❤️🩹🥲
Pausen wird es geben, aber auch ned so viele und idk ob Autobahntoiletten in Frankreich/südengland so supi dupi sauber sind.
Tampon und Binde gleichzeitig geeht, aber wenns schlecht läuft reicht das nich. Hat irgendwer Tipps oder sogar nh richtig einfachen Hack wie ich mir keine Sorgen um meine Jogginghose machen muss? Ganz lieben Dank schonmal im Voraus, schon das ihr euch Zeit nehmt und gefühlt meine halbe Lebensgeschichte lest 😉

So I know you can move your days. Ask your doctor if he can help you. You take such a pill every day and then you can move your days until after your holiday, then you don’t have to stick around with it.
Once I’ve done, though I don’t think much about moving his period, but that’s really stupid on vacation…
Otherwise, I’ll find another double as you have already written.
Normally, there’s always a toilet in travel fees. If you don’t have to do it on a toilet/bath. Actually, the toilets in gas stations are quite okay.
