Hello everyone,
I bought a piece of lamb loin from the fresh food counter at Edeka on Monday. Then it went straight into the refrigerator at 4 degrees Celsius.
I want to prepare it today, and from one side it looks strange to me. The smell, I think, is normal.
What do you think about this?

denk dran lammlachse jede seite 3 minuten auf den grill, also 6 insgesamt.. dann 1 min ruhen lassen salz drauf und gönn dir
Ich mache es in der Pfanne und dann bei 110 Grad im Ofen bis die Kerntemperatur so bei 58 – 60 Grad liegt.
geht auch aber vom grill schöne aromen
