Kymco Super8 revs up on cold start?

Hello, I recently bought a Kymco Super8 50cc 2-stroke, built in 2009. It's limited to 25 km/h. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly how… It runs great, even after two weeks. I only have to kick it twice to get it running. My only problem is that when I start it from cold, it initially has a low revving speed and then, after about 10 seconds, it revs up quite fast on its own. Depending on the temperature, this lasts for about 20-40 seconds, I'd say. Is this intentional? Is it caused by the CDI? Does the scooter even have a CDI? Unfortunately, I know very little about the scooter…

Another thing is that even if the scooter has been running for maybe five minutes, it still takes a relatively long time to slow down. Or it does something like, when you take your foot off the gas, it stays just above idle and then, after three seconds, actually goes into idle. The problem occurs when it's jacked up. Unfortunately, I can't say how it behaves while driving. Unfortunately, I won't be able to drive it for another two months.

Carburetor incorrectly set &/ Or gas cable hangs. Each scooter has a CDI

if the carburetor is set wrong, the motor gets too much petrol that means the cylinder works more and turns high. easy to play roller on and on the screw until the motor runs smoothly and observe the consumption

Since you don’t drive, the exhaust is oiled. He has to be blown (moved) . Before that nobody can tell you something exactly.

I can’t say how it is during the ride.

So just leave it. Listen to the car all the time without driving. So you can’t reach anything except that the car oiled.

Whether it’s high, you know. If this is the case, then certainly not because of the exhaust or an adjusted carburetor, but rather because of the cold-breathing automatic system.
