The fuse is normally connected to your battery during e scooters below the standboard.
The one that got the fuse ne Macke is very likely if you’ve been driving lately. Since Xiaomi Scooter is usually not waterproof, only splash water is protected and it has rained a lot lately.
Try at best a hard reset before you screw rum, this will probably not help you much as a layman.
