As a spice, I find it very good. At the moment, Kukuma capsules are heavily advertised as painkillers by some Internet companies for food supplements. I’d rather be careful. One would need so much for this effect I know very high doses of curcumin (a constituent of turmeric). Curcuma also stimulates intestinal activity. Most people I know who tried it as a potential painkiller got diarrhea. If, for example, aspirin and other painkillers are used, undesirable interactions can occur (bloods in aspirin). At the consumer center, you can read a lot about when to be careful with turmeric.

Buy only in organic quality. In the supermarket there is also fresh to buy.

If I buy such things, I’ll go to a reform house. I get a good quality or Organic quality (I’m important).

I usually buy spices (including turmeric) from Sonnentor.

There are fresh turmeric roots in the Asian. Just as a tip. I don’t know what you’re doing.
