Artificial tooth enamel?
Good morning,
Recently my fixed braces were removed and the dentist used a device to grind my teeth to make them smooth. They probably removed too much enamel because recently I have been getting pain in my molar whenever I eat or drink something sweet or warm/cold. This only occurred after the braces were removed and there were no problems before.
I also use a special toothpaste (proschmelz repair) but this helps temporarily and not really therefore the pain is only reduced
My question now is whether I can get artificial enamel from the dentist that will stay on my teeth so that the pain doesn't occur anymore
go to the dentist and describe the problem
Yes, your dentist can prescribe or give you a highly dosed toothpaste containing Flourid.
I don’t mean toothpaste, but a way I get permanent new tooth enamel whether artificial or not
Artificial tooth enamel is only limited. In your case, you need fluoride in higher dosage than is present in normal toothpastes. This protects the teeth from pain.
Fluoride is like a protective shield, it protects against acids and caries, hardens tooth melts and makes teeth insensitive to cold or similar
So I can’t renew my tooth enamel at the dental stud Artfully Permanent?.
And does fluoride also help in higher dosage to cause other things, for example sweets or sours?
