Termination – vacation days?

Hello,

If I quit my job in the first half of the year, for example, in April, effective September 30th, am I still entitled to my full annual leave (more than the statutory amount) for that period? There is no "pro rata temporis" provision in the contract.

Thank you in advance!

If nothing else has been agreed, after a minimum of six months of existence of the working relationship, you will have to leave after 30th. June also the full contractual part of the holiday which is above the statutory minimum claim. So the complete annual holiday.

If the holiday days calculated per month are not so marked in the contract, the whole holiday period is as follows:

I guess it only depends on a confirmation of your AG.
