Kündigung in Probezeit und zum alten Arbeitgeber zurück?
Ich habe beim jetzigen Arbeitgeber gekündigt aufgrund dessen, dass ich eine Führungsposition anstrebe und diese Möglichkeit laut meinem direkten Vorgesetzen aktuell nicht gegeben ist, ansonsten ist es ein guter AG .
Vertrag beim neuen Arbeitgeber ist unterschrieben.
Jetzt kam der alte Arbeitgeber auf mich zu (Abteilungsleiter) dass er mir eine Führungsposition anbieten möchte, da er sehr wohl Möglichkeiten sieht. Ich bin etwas überrumpelt und muss erstmal meine Gedanken ordnen. Entscheiden kann ich das nur selber, das ist klar.
Aber ich mache mir Gedanken, wie das dann ablaufen würde, falls ich mich dazu entscheiden würde. Ich müsste ja beim neuen AG in der Probezeit kündigen. Das finde ich irgendwie ziemlich mies. Oder sehe nur ich das so?
Was sind eure Gedanken dazu?

there are trial times, but before your decision you should ask for some facts and, I say, guarantees. Just offer for leadership alone is a little bit. You know what your new one offers, so what does the old one offer? Because not that you give up a good job on the basis of some words only to get worse. If it’s acceptable for you then decide for the old one. If you’ve got a better offer from the old employer, you might also use it to improve the new conditions if it really needs you and would be willing for your stay a little more.
Considering how the work was, if everything was okay with the old then it can be good, because if the employees were to behave the same with a new position, the operating climate might be good. You should consider a lot. Ingenious career goals, promotion opportunities, development opportunities, etc.

It would be better to go back to the old employer. There is otherwise a risk that you will be terminated by the new employer during the trial period and then will be unemployed. Only about 50% of the new employees are the sampling times!!!
You can also quit before you start.
