Termination: To whom?
Hello Community,
I'm currently still in my probationary period, but I want to resign. The branch manager told me at the time that as soon as you realize this isn't for you or you don't want to work here, I should come to her and simply tell her that I want to resign. However, I've now read that I still have to submit a written resignation. My question is, who should I address it to? On the company side, someone with the abbreviation ppa signed my employment contract. Should I address the resignation to this person or to the district manager who made the contact on the company side? However, someone else signed it…
I hope that maybe someone could help me with this.
Best regards
Cancellations must be made in writing by IMMER. The best way to address them to your operation is to sign the entrance from the branch manager. The rest is no longer your problem
Cancellation must be made in writing. They’re not addressed to a person, but to the company. You can personally hand them over to your branch manager.
You can hand over your arduous dismissal to your boss, i.e., the branch line, which will then forward it to the competent authority.
Otherwise, the correct company name and regularly the address are included in your contract.
With regard to your desired termination, this has to be fulfilled in written form – purely legally speaking.
In addition, you must observe the agreed trial period.
