If you are not sensitive to milk, the healthy and a good nutrient supplier is: vitamin A, D, B12, calcium and much more.

Oat milk and co are quite hydrated, but they have fewer raw materials, and most of them will be artificially added.

If everyone will say anything else, there are studies for both sides. For me, therefore, animal products are not healthy, especially as they are consumed today. calibre
