Without a legally valid signature of the other person, NIEMAND may accept a credit at the expense of a third person. That would be a scam from the outset, and therefore not.

With the Copy of an ID card no lender is satisfied.

No serious lender does this and gives credit due to the submission of an ID card. At the top of the mafia you get money in this way. There, however, with discouragement to somewhat overpriced interest rates.
