Loan as a trainee?

Hey, I'm a nursing trainee and I'm still in training. Two years ago, I got a loan with my mother as my guarantor to finance my first car.
Now I have to sell the car because it is damaged and get a new one because I can't get to work otherwise.
I've been searching all day for a way to get a new loan, but due to my status as a trainee, I suspect I haven't had any success so far.

Could you please help me and perhaps suggest what I can do and where I could get a loan, for example?
